The ten year anniversary of Counter Editions is approaching, and the company decided to update their existing E-commerce store. They have also changed to the Magento system. Carl contacted me to intially handle the design and coding of his Magento theme. Since completing the theme, Carl has also hired me to install the Magento system, migrate his products and customers from his existing E-commerce system, and configure the new system according to his requirements. One of the theme requirements was the ability to display product attributes in the artist listing view. I did this by referencing the required attributes in the layout.xml files and also the list.phtml.
The new website is due to launch in the coming month.
